Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Effective July 9, 2026

TradeWinds Trading Partner is billed at $199.00 USD every month unless a different price is clearly shown and accepted at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize eClawmerce and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at each monthly renewal.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. Renewal dates are based on the original purchase date and may vary slightly because of payment processing.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management link in your customer account or subscription emails, or by contacting admin@eclawmerce.com. Cancellation must be completed before the next renewal is processed to prevent the next charge.

Cancellation takes effect for future billing. It does not refund or prorate the current billing period. Access may remain available through the end of the paid period and may then be revoked.

No free trial

Unless a free trial is expressly displayed and confirmed during Shopify checkout, the subscription begins and the first $199.00 charge is due immediately. Marketing language outside checkout does not create a free trial.

Access and third-party requirements

TradeWinds access may require a TradingView account and username, real-time market data, TradersPost or another automation service, and a compatible broker or trading account. Those services are independent, subject to their own fees and terms, and are not included in the TradeWinds subscription.

Payment failures and price changes

We may suspend access after a failed or disputed payment. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice where required by law. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All subscription charges are subject to our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
