Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how eClawmerce ("eClawmerce", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit eclawmerce.com, use our products Jarv-ish and ClawHQ, buy our services, or interact with our content on social platforms such as TikTok (together, the "Services").

1. Who we are

eClawmerce is an AI workforce company based at 4 Waterbluff Drive, Ormond Beach, FL 32174, United States. You can reach us at haroldhmack@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, company, job title, phone number, billing details and any messages you send us, for example when you sign up, book a demo, start a trial or contact us.
  • Account and product data: when you use Jarv-ish or ClawHQ, the content you choose to process, such as meeting recordings, transcripts, summaries, tasks, notes and files, and the settings of your AI agents.
  • Payment information: payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device data: pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, approximate location and cookies or similar technologies.
  • Business contact data: for business-to-business outreach we may use publicly available professional information, such as a name, role, company and business email address published on a company website.
  • Information from connected platforms, including TikTok: see section 4.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and improve the Services, including generating meeting summaries, tasks and follow-up work with AI.
  • To manage accounts, subscriptions, billing and customer support.
  • To communicate with you about the Services, including service messages and, where permitted, marketing. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
  • To publish and manage eClawmerce's own content on social platforms and to measure how that content performs.
  • To keep the Services secure, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations.

4. TikTok and other connected platforms

eClawmerce uses TikTok's developer tools (TikTok for Developers, including Login Kit and the Content Posting API) to publish and manage videos on eClawmerce's own TikTok account. When an account is connected through TikTok, we may receive, with the account owner's permission:

  • basic account information, such as the TikTok open ID, display name and profile image;
  • permission to upload and publish videos, captions and related settings to that account;
  • information about videos published through our tools, such as video IDs, status and performance statistics (for example views, likes and comments counts).

We use this information only to publish and manage that account's own content and to report on its performance. We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties except the service providers that help us run the Services (such as our integration provider Composio) under confidentiality obligations. Access can be removed at any time in TikTok's settings under "Security and permissions", or by asking us to disconnect the account. When access is removed, we stop using it and delete stored TikTok tokens and data within 30 days, unless we must keep a record by law.

We connect to other platforms in the same limited way when you ask us to, for example Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify or email tools. We only use the access you grant for the task you asked for.

5. AI processing

Jarv-ish and ClawHQ use AI models from third-party providers (for example OpenAI and others, reached through API providers such as OpenRouter) to process the content you submit. We send only what is needed for the task. We do not allow these providers to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that choice. AI output can contain mistakes; our products are designed so that people review and approve work before it is used.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • with service providers that host, process, analyze or deliver the Services for us (for example hosting, AI model, email, payment and integration providers), under contract and only for our purposes;
  • with the platforms you connect, to carry out what you asked for;
  • if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: account data for the life of the account plus a reasonable period afterwards, billing records as required by law, and outreach data until you ask us to stop. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To unsubscribe from our emails, reply "no" or use the unsubscribe option in the message. To make any request, email haroldhmack@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for using your rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The Services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
